It is essential for expectant mums to keep themselves healthy both in terms of their physical and mental health. In recent years, there has been a surge of research and evidence highlighting that exercise during pregnancy is both beneficial and safe. In addition to this, it’s further shown to have many other positive effects for both mum and baby.
Our group pregnancy exercise classes will provide a platform for pregnant women, helping give themselves and their baby the best start to life and motherhood.
The pregnancy class is a gentle ‘legs, bums and bumps’ aerobic session (with or without step boxes and light hand weights).
The class is designed for LOW-RISK Pregnant women only.
