We offer unique fitness inspired sessions, catering towards the fitness and well-being of pregnant women, mums and babies. These include fitness exercise classes for pregnant women, postnatal fitness for mums and babies together, new born baby massage and baby yoga! This is all done in a happy, friendly, non-judgmental environment and at a very reasonable cost. We want you and your baby to look forward to and enjoy your time at our conveniently located studio in East Grinstead.

I joined this postnatal taster course, which was fantastic, the instructor was so friendly and welcoming.
